Daniel R. Kraft Esq.
Chester, New Jersey
Daniel R. Kraft joined Iandoli and Edens after sixteen years at his own law firm when his father/partner retired. While centering his practice around Family Law, he also has years of experience in many other areas of law that became an integral part of his practice. These include real estate, small business, and wills/estates.
Seeing the damaging and destructive road that some divorces take, Mr. Kraft decided to become a court approved divorce mediator. He received his training through the New Jersey Bar in New Brunswick. Upon completion of the coursework, he joined the list of Middlesex County Superior Court mediators where Judges referred difficult cases to him so as to avoid expensive trials. He worked with the Court for several years helping families resolve their issues without costly and painful litigation.
Mr. Kraft has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division in a Family Law Case. Feeling that the Judge’s allegation of underemployment and the imputation of income were unjust, Mr. Kraft filed an appeal. He was successful in getting the Appellate Court to rule in favor of his client resulting in a substantial award.
As a husband and father of three young children, he understands the emotions and pressure that come with raising and providing for a family. These are not lost on him when he approaches your case and the sensitive emotional issues surrounding it.
Daniel graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University in 1994 and Rutgers Law School in 1997. He passed the New Jersey Bar in 1997.
